Henrico County Warrant Records is not a government or law-enforcement office. It cannot confirm whether a warrant exists, recall or clear a warrant, post bond, arrange a surrender or provide legal advice. Contact an official office for those actions.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Use the court named on the summons or case record. Henrico has no complete public warrant database, and each office handles a different part of a case.

Henrico Police non-emergency is (804) 501-5000. Police Records Management lists hpdfoiarequests@henrico.us for records requests and uses the Records Management Section, P.O. Box 90775, Henrico, VA 23273-0775. A request can seek releasable records, but it cannot order a warrant recalled.
For general government FOIA, contact FOIA Officer Stephen Robinson at (804) 501-5368 or visit the Administration Building at 4301 E. Parham Road. Ask for a cost estimate before searching if needed. The HCPD form lets a requester choose mail or pickup and describe the record sought.
Warrant-letter questions, court fines and bond are separate. The Sheriff’s arrangement number is not a 24-hour lookup line. The Magistrate sets or explains bond information, and fines or costs are handled by the issuing court. Verify current hours and instructions through the official Henrico warrant-letter page, Virginia court information or the relevant clerk before travel.
